Return Policy
We DO NOT charge a restocking fee on ANY of our products that we sell. We offer a 30 day 100% money back guarantee as long as the product is returned to us clean, unused, undamaged, and has not been mounted or put into service in any way. (You are responsible for paying the returning freight.) We will either refund your credit card or send you the correct replacement item, which ever you prefer! We will refund the price of the item purchased only. Shipping charges (if any) will not be refunded.
All returns must be coordinated with one of our sales representatives by calling 1-866-334-8220.
Shipping Policy
You can order on-line and choose either UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. Since we are MANIAC'S, all orders greater than $99, will be shipped FREE via Ground service. Any order less than $99 will be charged a FLAT FEE of $7.00! Any type of expedited shipping, will cost extra and will be listed at the time of checkout.
We make no substitutions without customer approval. If the products you order are not available, you will be contacted. If you have any questions prior to ordering, or would prefer to make payment by telephone, please call us at 1-866-334-8220.
